General
Full payment is required for the reservation of the yacht charter. Booking shall only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Mode of payment will be Paynow and bank transfer only.
No cancellation is allowed. Unless the Captain deems it unsafe to sail out, the charter can then be postponed, and another date and time scheduled (subject to availability)
Rescheduling made more than 1 month prior to the charter date is provided free of charge.
Rescheduling made less than 1 month prior to the yacht charter date, an additional 50% of charter fees will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
If the charter is rescheduled and the guests have made food arrangement, the food items must be brought back by the guests on the day itself. Guests will need to make a new food arrangement on the rescheduled date.
If there is any unsafe behaviour (e.g., excessive alcohol consumption) of the charter guests during the charter, which shall be at the sole discretion of the captain, there will be no cancellation refund. Yachtnic reserves the sole and exclusive right to recall the vessel upon the forecast or occurrence of severe weather. If charterer elects to prematurely end the charter, the charter is deemed cancelled and there will be strictly no refund. Once the yacht has departed the Marina, the charter is considered to have been fulfilled and no cancellations or refunds are provided.
No, the yacht will be sailing in Singapore waters. It is required only if you are travelling to other countries such as Indonesia or Malaysia.
Our policy is no postpone or cancellation for wet weather. The captain holds the final decision as he oversees everyone’s safety. Customers are still required to proceed to the marina and wait for the captain’s final decision.
For light drizzle, the yacht will still sail out. For heavy rain, the captain will try to delay the sail out timing.
If it is not possible to delay, the charter will be rescheduled to another date of your choice (subject to availability). No refunds are allowed.
Yes, you are allowed to bring food and drinks on board. There is no corkage fee imposed.
However, red wine is not allowed for the stubborn stains that it might cause.
Yes, a large ice box which can contain around 20kg of ice.
We are located at: One֯ 15 Marina Sentosa Cove.
Captain will depart from One֯ 15 Marina to Lazarus island to City Skyline Cruise and back to Marina.
Our available facilities:
Air con saloon, Toilet, Shower area, Television, Microwave, Fridge, Blue-tooth speakers, Power sockets.
Water activities available are:
Kayaking, Stand up paddle, Swimming, Water mat and float.
There are life vests for all guests. You can request for a life vest if you wish to take a dip in the sea.
Standard picnic decorations, chips, nuts and mineral water are provided.
Yes, you can. However, balloons, party confetti and party popper are strictly not allowed.
Yes, we are pet friendly. We allowed up to 3 mid-size dogs on board
Yes, a child or even an infant is considered as a pax and will be charged accordingly. There will be no charge for children under 5-year-old.
Sunglasses, towels, extra set of clothes, sun block, drinks, food, ice. If you have motion sickness, we advise to have the motion sickness pill 30 minutes before boarding.
We have portable Bluetooth speaker on board.
